The Saint Paul Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) named District Energy St. Paul its 1995 Company of the Year. District Energy has been a member and loyal supporter of Saint Paul BOMA since the early 1980s. BOMA's mission is to provide leadership to the commercial real estate industry through legislative and regulatory advocacy, education, research and informational networking.
System of the Year Award (1993)
International District Energy Association
District Energy St. Paul was presented the first annual System of the Year Award by the International District Energy Association (IDEA) at the association's 84th annual conference. The award recognizes an outstanding district energy system that exemplifies high levels of performance in the district heating and cooling industry.
"The efficiency and reliability of District Energy St. Paul are exceptional," said IDEA President Rich Mayer in presenting the award, noting that the company had also excelled in its environmental quality, customer service and communications efforts and in system growth.
