Luke Gaalswyk was named President of Ever-Green Energy in September 2022. In this role, Luke oversees corporate services including legal, risk management, system business development and commercial strategy, marketing and public relations, human resources, environmental health and safety, sustainability, and information systems.

Prior to joining Ever-Green, Luke was the Midwest Regional General Manager at Clearway Community Energy where he was responsible for managing operations, engineering, and business development of Clearway’s systems in Minneapolis and Omaha, leading a team of personnel supplying heating and cooling services to hospitals, universities, and downtown central business districts in both cities. Luke has over 15 years of experience in energy, operations, and engineering and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He has a mechanical engineering degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton.
