July 30, 2025 by Ever-Green Energy
Ever-Green Energy is committed to sustainable solutions and transparency in our process. One of the ways we demonstrate this is through our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) annual reporting.
The 2024 report chronicles a year of growth and new milestones, including the installation and operation of an 850-geothermal well system at Oberlin College, new operations and management responsibilities at the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities, and a groundbreaking on the future site of one the first commercial aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES) in the US.
In adherence to our core values, safety of our employees and customers was paramount, demonstrated by 226 safety trainings, 3641 safety inspections of facility equipment including pre-operational, daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, and a commitment to cybersecurity through 50 hours of employee training. Results of the latest materiality survey indicate system reliability, cybersecurity, system efficiency, and worker health and safety are among the most important business factors to Ever-Green stakeholders.
Key ESG metrics in this report are presented in reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.
