Ever-Green Releases 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance Report

August 19, 2026 by Ever-Green Energy

Ever-Green is committed to advancing the sustainability of systems, from conception through implementation, as demonstrated by our annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report. Our 2025 reporting demonstrates the company’s dedication to transparency as an ethical, conscientious organization.

Our 2025 report reflects continued technology milestones, growing and renewed partnerships, and industry recognition earned by teams working across the country. Highlights include a new partnership with Hennepin County Energy Center, a contract renewal with Duluth Energy Systems that continues our 10-year collaboration, and significant progress in our geothermal portfolio. Most notably, Oberlin College declared carbon neutrality, the result of a decade-long energy system transformation.

Ever-Green’s decisions and policies are grounded in the belief that safety does not occur by chance—it is the result of careful attention to the work performed by all those involved. In 2025, 5872 safety inspections of facility equipment occurred, including pre-operational, daily, weekly, and monthly inspections. Employees received 174 total hours of cybersecurity training.

Every system Ever-Green Energy operates or develops is rooted in a community: a downtown, a campus, or a neighborhood. Ever-Green remains committed to building smarter, cleaner, and more resilient energy systems in partnership with the communities we serve.

Key ESG metrics in this report are presented in reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.
