Katherine Verhasselt is the Chief People Officer, overseeing the human resources function including recruitment and staffing, compensation, benefits, performance and talent management, employee engagement, internal communications, training and development, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.

She brings over 20 years of experience in communications and human resources in both the public and private sector.

Katherine’s background in communications is an asset in working with company leaders to translate business strategy and priorities into an integrated communications program, connecting key messages with the internal team.

Katherine holds a BA in journalism and advertising from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
